Support and hosting
Someone who answers when it breaks.
A system that nobody maintains is a system quietly going wrong. Certificates expire, disks fill, integrations break after a supplier changes an endpoint, and the person who knew how it all worked left two years ago.
How we approach it
We host on infrastructure sized to the job, monitor it so that we usually know before you do, and keep it patched. When something does break you speak to a developer who can read the code, not a call centre that raises a ticket.
We also take over systems built by other people. If the previous developer has gone quiet, that is one of the commonest reasons businesses call us.
What you get
Managed hosting, monitoring and backups, agreed response times, and a named team who know your system.
Questions we get asked
- Do you only support software you built?
- No. We take on other people's systems regularly, including ones whose original developer has disappeared. We will review it first and tell you honestly whether we can support it well.
- What are your response times?
- Agreed in writing before we start, and matched to what the system actually does. A production line system and an internal reporting tool do not need the same promise.
