CRM

One place for every customer, quote and follow-up.

A CRM only works if the people who sell actually use it. Most do not, because the system was set up to produce management reports rather than to make a salesperson’s day easier.

How we approach it

We start from the sales team’s side of the desk. What would make logging a call faster than not logging it? Usually the answer is connecting the CRM to the systems that already hold the information: the ERP that knows what the customer bought, the website that knows what they looked at, the accounts package that knows whether they pay on time.

We implement and customise the mainstream platforms, we integrate them with what you already run, and where a business genuinely has a sales process that no product fits, we build it.

What you get

A single, current view of every customer, quotes that do not go missing, and forecasts based on what is actually in the system rather than what somebody remembered on a Friday.

Questions we get asked

Should we buy a CRM or build one?
Buy, in most cases. Salesforce, Dynamics and HubSpot are good products and we will happily tell you to use one. Building only makes sense when your sales process is genuinely unusual, which is rarer than people think.
We bought a CRM and nobody uses it. Can you fix that?
Usually yes, and usually the problem is not the software. It is that using it properly takes the sales team longer than not using it. We fix that by removing the typing, not by sending another reminder email.

Tell us what is slowing the business down

A 30-minute call with a developer, not a salesperson. You will get a straight view of whether this is worth doing, and we will say so if it is not.
