Who we are

Coravant Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 11565030, at 455 Bradford Road, Liversedge, WF15 6BT. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us atinfo@coravant.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you contact us. Our enquiry and booking forms are provided by Tally, and collect your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry. We use this only to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to people who ask us to get in touch. Those forms are protected from automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA, which means Google receives your IP address and some information about your browser when a form is displayed. Google's privacy notice applies to that processing.

If you accept cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and is loaded only after you accept. If you decline, or ignore the banner, it is never loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who your data is shared with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data is processed on our behalf by Tally (form submissions), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (form spam protection, and analytics where you have consented) and our email provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after two years. Where we go on to work together, we keep records for six years after the end of the engagement to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@coravant.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you accept them. If you do, Google Analytics sets cookies that measure page views and how visitors move through the site. Your theme preference and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and is not used to track you.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
