How we approach it
We start with the process, not the technology. We watch how the work is done now, find where the time actually goes, and write down what the software has to achieve. Then we quote a fixed price against that, so you are agreeing to an outcome rather than an open-ended day rate.
Builds are delivered in stages. You see working software within weeks, not at the end of a six-month silence, and you can change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap.

- Most first projects land between fifteen and sixty thousand pounds. The honest answer is that it depends on what the software has to do, which is why we quote a fixed price after a short discovery rather than guessing on a call.
- What if we already have a system that nearly works?
- Then we usually extend it rather than replace it. Rewriting something that mostly works is the most expensive mistake in our industry, and we will say so.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. The source code is yours, in your own repository, from day one. You are never locked in to us.
