Six developers in West Yorkshire
Coravant has been building business software since 2018. Between us we have around thirty years of experience across SAP, bespoke systems, integration and the shop floor.
Most of our work arrives the same way. A business has grown, the systems have not kept up, and the gap between them is being filled by people doing things by hand.
We are developers rather than consultants, which matters more than it sounds. A consultant configures what a product already does. We change what it does, which is what you need when the off-the-shelf answer has run out of road.
Our background is deep in SAP, including ABAP, UI5, OData and S/4HANA, and we are the only UK partner for DataXstream's OMS+ order management software. But the same skills apply whether you run SAP, something smaller, or a system somebody built for you fifteen years ago and nobody has touched since.
We have worked across manufacturing, import and distribution, ecommerce, retail, pharmacy and professional services, on projects from a two-week integration to systems that run a business end to end.
How we work
We tell you when not to spend
If the return does not justify the project, saying so costs us one job and earns the next three. We have talked clients out of rewrites more than once.
You talk to the developer
There is no account management layer. The person who scoped the work is the person who writes it and the person who answers when it breaks.
No lock-in
You own the source code and the documentation from the start. If you want to take it elsewhere, you can, and it will be in a state where somebody else can pick it up.
Fixed prices against written outcomes
You agree to a result, not to an open-ended day rate. Where something genuinely cannot be fixed-priced we say that up front and explain why.
Tell us what is slowing the business down
A 30-minute call with a developer, not a salesperson. You will get a straight view of whether this is worth doing, and we will say so if it is not.
