Thirty minutes to understand the problem. If it is worth going further we spend a day or two watching how the job is done now, because the process on paper is never the process.

You get a specific scope, a fixed price and a date. Not a day rate and a hope. If we think the return does not justify the spend, we tell you before you commit.
